We currently deliver across South Africa.
For remote or outlying areas, additional delivery time or fees may apply.

  1. Delivery Timeframes

  • Main Centres: 2–5 business days
  • Outlying Areas: 5–7 business days
  • Custom or Pre-Order Items: Delivery times will be confirmed upon order

Delivery time starts once payment has cleared via PayFast and the order is confirmed.

  1. Delivery Fees

  • Standard delivery fees are displayed at checkout.
  • Free delivery may apply to orders above a certain value (where indicated).
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless we made an error or the product is defective.

  1. Delivery Process

  • You will receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order is dispatched.
  • Deliveries are made via reputable courier partners during business hours (Monday–Friday).
  • Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address to receive the parcel.

  1. Risk and Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Ownership remains with [I Am Automation] until full payment has been received.

  1. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Additional courier charges may apply for redelivery.
