This project involved the complete rebuild and modernisation of an existing box erecting machine to meet the evolving demands of agricultural packaging. The customer required the machine to handle larger box sizes while operating at significantly higher production speeds, without compromising reliability or accuracy.

Project Scope

  • Full redesign of the mechanical forming section to accommodate larger box dimensions
  • Manufacture and installation of the newly designed forming section
  • Upgrade of the mandrel drive system to manage increased load requirements
  • Implementation of a new control system, including PLC, HMI, VSDs, software development, and on-site commissioning
